Melorex is an AI-powered financial dashboard for freelancers. It lets you track income, expenses, clients, and invoices, and provides AI-generated briefings and insights based on the data you enter. AI output is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional financial, tax, or legal advice — always verify important decisions independently.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the data you enter and for how you use the insights Melorex provides.
• Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or to other users' data.

• The Free plan is available at no cost.
• The Pro plan is $19/month, billed monthly.
• You can cancel anytime and keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
• Beyond the 14-day money-back guarantee described below, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you're not satisfied with Melorex Pro for any reason, email us at support@melorex.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or put the platform or other users at risk. You may stop using Melorex and delete your account at any time from your settings.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI insights will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melorex and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Melorex after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
