Melorex (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered financial dashboard for freelancers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Melorex, you agree to this policy.

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account information — your email address and name, used to create and secure your account.
• Financial data you enter — the income, expenses, clients, and invoices you add to Melorex.
• Basic usage data — technical logs needed to operate, debug, and secure the app.

Your information is used solely to run and improve the service:

• To power your dashboard — tracking income, expenses, clients, and invoices.
• To generate AI analysis — a summary of your financial data is sent to our AI provider to produce your daily briefing and insights. It is not used to train third-party models.
• To secure your account and respond to your support requests.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data. We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to operate Melorex, described below.

Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Access is protected by row-level security so each account can only ever read or write its own data. AI briefings are produced by a third-party AI provider that processes the summary we send and does not retain it for training.

You stay in control of your data at all times:

• You can edit or delete any income entry, expense, client, or invoice whenever you like.
• You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Danger zone. Deleting your account removes your profile and all associated financial data.
